The Fulbright Teacher Exchange Program was established in Peru in 2000. It provides opportunities for school teachers to participate in direct exchanges of positions with colleagues from Peruvian schools for a semester or an academic year.
After eligible candidates apply to the program and are sucessfully interviewed, efforts are made at matching them with suitable Peruvian counterparts.
